As we grow and become more skilled in our physical endeavors, the risk of injury is heightened. In this seminar, we will teach you how to stay healthy how to stay healthy as you exercise, prevent injury, and reach your athletic goals. We hope that you come ready to get up and MOVE in class and learn about the human body as it relates to exercise. This course is great for anyone who wants to learn about the human body, as well as athletes, and will help you understand concepts related to injury prevention.
Martial Arts - CJ Gomez

Session B
During this seminar, I will teach you the basic skills and movements associated with a wide variety of martial arts practices and traditions. Be sure to come ready to move, because we will be up and active for the majority of our class time! Comfortable workout clothing and minimalist shoes are recommended, as well as having an open area to practice in. All skill levels are welcome, so don't worry if you have never tried something like this before. See you in class!
